Arquitecto de provincial y de la OSHA en Ciudad Real en las décadas de 1960 y 1970. Proveniente de familia de constructores muy activa en realización de obra pública en el tercer cuartel del siglo XX (Veáse García del Castillo Hermanos Construcciones).
