1964.07 - Se proyecta un pabellón de aulas y un pabellón de oficialía industrial, de plantas rectangulares, y un pabellón de dirección, con planta en forma de “S”.

1964.11 - Primera certificación de obras del pabellón de enseñanza primaria.

1965.02 - Cuarta certificación de obras del pabellón de enseñanza primaria.

1965.06 – Pedido de autorización de conexión a la red general de alcantarillado.

1965.07 - Segunda certificación de obras de pabellón de oficialía industrial.
