El II Plan Sindical de la Vivienda o Plan Sindical de la Vivienda de 1955 fue ejecutado por la Obra Sindical del Hogar y Arquitectura (OSHA) con el apoyo del Instituto Nacional de la Vivienda (INV). Preveía la construcción de 50.000 viviendas en todo el territorio nacional.
